Seasoning and reseasoning is something that I actually like to do to keep them non stick. These pans sit on my stove and they are what we us 95% of the time. Do it! They will last your lifetime and through your children’s lives. The pan comes unseasoned so the color is more bronze, after seasoning they will be black. Good quality faucet. You might need this model over model 8244, which has 4.5" handles, if your spay nozzle is less than four inches from the cold water valve. I learned that the colored foil stickers for hot and cold can be removed, exposing a recessed chrome area with recessed H and C lettering within. This a beautiful faucet, sleek and tidy. It was fairly easy to install. The water flow is strong and the handle movement is smooth and solid. I liked that it included the drain assembly as not all of the faucets I looked at did. It arrived quickly after ordering. I had an unusual problem with a different faucet that I had ordered from Wayfair earlier, but I felt confident ordering from Wayfair again due to their exceptional customer service.. Carol.
