I think this size backplate is perfect for a tall door. I'm very pleased with the quality. It's heavy and feels very solid. My only complaint is that I ordered oil-rubbed bronze, expecting there to be some variation in color, but the knob is actually flat black, in my opinion. But, I'm still happy with it!. Rhonda.
