So… I ordered this ottoman because I saw it at a distant friend’s house. She told me which product number on Wayfair it was. It’s a great looking ottoman. The quality is top notch. Unfortunately FedEx delivered it with the box completely falling apart and dragged it on the pavement concrete and it got dirty. So I was going to just scrub it clean but upon opening it is completely dented in and the red ribbon that they pack with it has totally run all over it. Delivery was easy and right on time, and the delivery driver communicated clearly throughout the process. The couch itself is very comfortable, with a soft and bouncy feel—not firm at all. The color is beautiful and looks great in our space. I do wish the back cushions were a bit thicker, but we plan to add a few throw pillows, which should solve that easily.
