They're easy to handle, even when full. The heating performance has been excellent. I recently made a pot of rice in the stock pot, and it cooked evenly with no scorching or hot spots. Everything I've cooked so far has heated consistently across the cooking surface. The nonstick ceramic coating works great, and cleanup is incredibly easy. After cooking, most residue wipes right off with minimal effort. I also like the attractive design and comfortable wood-like handles. The set is beautiful!
