Installation was a bit tricky as this was the first custom shower drain I have installed but I was able to figure it out. Once installed this drain is awesome. The large water collection area prevents any kind of pooling and has a luxurious feel about it. The products ordered should receive 5 stars. The shipment is also OK, received on time and well packed. But the 3 stars goes to the product package, the Moen box received all bended, but item is OK. The Kohler bidet faucet box “seal” was unsealed, dirty, and squeezed, therefore not sure if all the rough-In parts are included. I Hope so. Seems like a returned item placed back in stock.
