This policy is absolutely unacceptable and rather than spending more time on the phone talking with someone who “doesn’t have the authority” to offer to pay the return shipping and issue me a full refund, I will take the 20% discount and donate the item as I do not need a grab bar. The towel bar is reliably attached to the wall by a total of four screws. The drilling distance on both sides is 1.1 in each.
