Arrived two days ago. I paid to have it dropped directly onto my concrete pad. Got electrical hooked up yesterday, filled it up last night, got in it this morning. The good stuff: It looks good, should be very reliable given how simple it is, and was a great price. The not-so-good stuff: They sent me the wrong color, the ozonator was broken upon arrival, the drain connection is tucked back under the tub and has no shutoff valve, the jets control is just one button but still manages to be confusing. But, at the end of the day, I just want some hot water, with jets, and not have it die every six months. So, I'm mostly a happy customer. Update: Just a heads-up, exactly where the cover lift arm attaches, there's a vertical strap in the way (see my photo). Our galvanized steel 16-gauge post are architectural grade powder coated to weather the elements. Complete your fence panel system with Versai corresponding metal fence components (sold separately) which include fence panels, gates, post accessories, and hardware. The 2 in. wide x 52 in. tall post is compatible to be used with our Versai 46 in. or 48 in. tall fence panels. Installation was a bit tricky as this was the first custom shower drain I have installed but I was able to figure it out. Once installed this drain is awesome. The large water collection area prevents any kind of pooling and has a luxurious feel about it. The product is beautiful, but the description reads .75" x .75." My assumption thus that the baluster is square, though it is round. Not my preference.
