Great shower head. I ordered the stainless steel and chrome. Stainless steel is noticeably nicer and not as much plastic. Chrome looks cheap so trying to exchange for stainless steel, but Wayfair is charging a return shipping fee which I’m not happy about especially since the stainless steel finish is more expensive.. I needed to replace an older In2ition and decided on this one. So very happy! I think it supplies better shower spray pressure overall and the ProClean Spray is a terrific addition. The flexible hose is so much more flexible. I do wish it was a bit longer (I'd gotten an extra long one on my old In2ition) as the longer length makes it easier for me to wash pets in the shower. I had the R10000-UNBXHF valve body (in conjuction with the T17038-SS Lahara 17 series valve trim) installed 16 months ago and the shower head is now dripping when the valve is turned fully in the off position. I had a hard time finding a gold finish to match my existing plumbing’s gold finish from the 1990s, but this was a pretty good match. I would describe this gold tone as a slightly muted gold, softer, not so shiny and yellow as my 1990s existing plumbing. Anyway, it worked for my aesthetic and the functionality is great. I put this in my handheld shower to slow the pressure because the pressure was so great that when it's on, the handheld is pushed away by the force of the blast of water coming out. I preferred this over an attachment and using Polytetrafluoroethylene tape. It slows down the pressure without any leaks. After we deleted the 1st one, she worked. I stayed in the 5 ghz. In my router. She doesn’t understand cups for filling the coffee pot and her ounces are way off. Nice little unit for spot shampooing of rugs. Works really well for its compactness on stairwells. Will be great for cleaning up dog accidents or spilled foods. Not totally on board with the suction power of the machine. Feel it could be a little better than it is. The machine does suction the liquid back up but not to the dryness level of larger units. Then again it is just for spot cleaning or even upholstery touch ups. The lids are a little difficult to pull up from the machine & hoping the clips do not snap.
