Love the install, love the stream modes. The only issue is when you go to replace the removable handle, it'll fall onto the floor unless you place it in the cradle exactly perfect. We've dropped it several times and this last time it broke. Really love the shower head, though... hoping I can fix it or just replace the removable handle. I needed to replace an older In2ition and decided on this one. So very happy! I think it supplies better shower spray pressure overall and the ProClean Spray is a terrific addition. The flexible hose is so much more flexible. I do wish it was a bit longer (I'd gotten an extra long one on my old In2ition) as the longer length makes it easier for me to wash pets in the shower. Right out of the box I was impressed with this Handheld shower head. I ordered the polished nickel and it is beautiful. The design is sleek and minimal, which is what I was going for. The cleaning solution is great for travel and other times when ironing is impractical! How and why the cleaning solution works: Clothing and other fabrics can develop surface properties that lead to creases and wrinkles. The process of laundering can generate static with additional electrical charges that intensify these properties and create “static cling” as well as heavy wrinkling. The specially developed cationic and anionic surfactants within the cleaning solution are designed to dissipate these forces by acting as an anti-static agent, while they also serve to soften, relax, and smooth out wrinkled surfaces.
