I needed to replace an older In2ition and decided on this one. So very happy! I think it supplies better shower spray pressure overall and the ProClean Spray is a terrific addition. The flexible hose is so much more flexible. I do wish it was a bit longer (I'd gotten an extra long one on my old In2ition) as the longer length makes it easier for me to wash pets in the shower. Right out of the box I was impressed with this Handheld shower head. I ordered the polished nickel and it is beautiful. The design is sleek and minimal, which is what I was going for. Although I like it, it is not any different than any other faucet we have put in. It still gets clogged every few weeks and it has to be cleaned out, but the inner-locking feature is handy. And yes, we have a water softener.. Renee. Stow, OH. Sun Feb 22 2026
