I've been very impressed with this cookware set so far! The first thing I noticed was how lightweight the pieces are compared to many cookware sets I've used in the past. They're easy to handle, even when full. The heating performance has been excellent. I recently made a pot of rice in the stock pot, and it cooked evenly with no scorching or hot spots. We really like our new fry pan. It is the nicest non-stick fry pan we have ever owned. We can cook long pieces of bacon along with eggs and potatoes at the same time.
