Arrived two days ago. I paid to have it dropped directly onto my concrete pad. Got electrical hooked up yesterday, filled it up last night, got in it this morning. The good stuff: It looks good, should be very reliable given how simple it is, and was a great price. The not-so-good stuff: They sent me the wrong color, the ozonator was broken upon arrival, the drain connection is tucked back under the tub and has no shutoff valve, the jets control is just one button but still manages to be confusing. But, at the end of the day, I just want some hot water, with jets, and not have it die every six months. So, I'm mostly a happy customer. Update: Just a heads-up, exactly where the cover lift arm attaches, there's a vertical strap in the way (see my photo). We have been very happy with this shower door. The matte black finish looks great and gives our bathroom a clean, modern look. The glass feels sturdy and well-made, and door slides smoothly. Installation was fairly straightforward, but I would definitely recommend having two people for the job due to the weight of the glass panels. One of the features we were most interested in was the nano-coated glass, and it has not disappointed. We have hard water, yet the glass has stayed surprisingly clean and easy to maintain. We also haven’t experienced any leaks since installation. Overall, this shower door looks fantastic, functions exactly as it should, and has been a great addition to our bathroom.
