I ordered the 12-inch mattress, and Ill admit I was a little hesitant when I first unboxed it because it was still expanding. However, after letting it sit for the full 48–72 hours, it fully expanded just as it was supposed to. As you can see in the picture with the bed frame, it looks great! I have had spinal surgery and need a firm mattress to support my back. The mattress would probably be great for many people, but I would not call this firm despite being labeled as such.
