Higher CRI ratings indicate how natural the colors look under the light. This product has a high CRI index of 90. That was a critical factor, because, many manufacturers do not list that specifications likely because of lower ratings, which result in less than desirable color accuracy. These look better than the average thin wafer lights we install. I thought when I ordered them they would change colors, but my electrician said they don't.
