These exceeded expectations. Very nice quality, a rich deep green color with leaves just shiney enough to look real, and durable (despite a lot of tugging and detangling only five leaves fell off). English ivy (Hedera helix) is an evergreen perennial. It is also classified as a woody vine. English ivy can act as a ground cover, spreading horizontally and reaching 8 inches in height. But it is also a climber, due to its aerial rootlets, which allows it to climb to 80 feet high. The plant will eventually bear insignificant greenish flowers, but it is grown primarily for its evergreen leaves. In this regard, ivy can be classified as a foliage plant. The best time to plant English ivy is spring. English ivy plants grow well in part shade to full shade. The ability to grow in shade has made English ivy a traditional ground cover for planting under trees, where most grasses may not grow well. Since ivy is vigorous and has a dense growth habit, it's an effective ground cover if your objective is to crowd out weeds. Grow this evergreen vine in well-drained soil. Although it will grow in poor soils and soils of a wide range of pH levels, it does best in average loams. A thick layer of mulch helps keep the soil moist in dry climates. When watering your ivy, always check the soil before adding water. Ivies prefer to be kept slightly on the dry side, so let the soil dry out some (dry to the touch on top) before you water your ivy plants again. Indoor or outdoor ivy prefers evenly moist, but not soggy soil.

Love this silk pothos. Exactly as pictured. The coloring of the leaves are natural and just like you would get in a live plant. Stems are bendable, and plastic. The leaves are fabric/silk/whatever, and can be taken off and put back facing in a different direction, and you can turn them on the edge to face them the way you want (see two pics attached - 3d and 5th pix - where I have one hanging down, and then bent the same one turned up to show the versatility). Close up photo shows how, when looking close up (as in 6-10"), you can see that they are plastic and silk. At the same time, one step back and the thing looks real. I always prefer live plants but can't have them now (cat loves to sleep ON TOP of plants, ugh). Also purchased "Artificial Fern Vine Foliage Plant" (search the site for that item and see my review there. Love both. Note: they do not include pots - designed to stick in a pot - even with real dirt, or spanish moss, or more than one so you have an extremely full plant. In this pic I didn' t have a pot so I just stuck the center of the plant behind the bookcase and it is still full enough to not even notice that there isn't a pot.
