During installation, we noticed a small dent at the bottom, but when I contacted Wayfair’s customer service, the representative offered 20 credit instead of requiring a return—absolutely amazing service. The unit came 99 pre-assembled all we needed to do was install the 2 foot brackets with two screws and follow the instructions to complete the pergola setup. We’re very impressed with both the quality and the functionality—being able to adjust the louvers separately at the top and bottom, with a full 180° open and close, is a fantastic feature. I am very pleased, it feels sturdy. Caution, the box with the frame is much heavier than expected, but you can tell quality went into the making. Didn't have to program the motors or calibrate them. The cup holder is a nice touch for sure! I do wish it came with a PC tower holder, but there was room on top for the desktop. I am a developer, not a gamer, but it's perfect for my setup! The price is higher than many of the others but I chose this one, because the top is a solid piece and not split like a majority of the others. Purchased the teak color. Carpenter says it’s a great product. Does not come with anything but siding pieces. Carpenter watched video on how to install-very helpful. Cuts easily with an electric saw. Nice clean edges. Very heavy. Ridges are hollow so we installed a ledge above and below siding so that insects could not get in and make nests. We had some exposed screws due to were the edge of siding ended in project. Did a paint match and painted tops of screws. Very happy with results. I could not have installed this siding.
