Acceptable quality for the price. Everything was packaged extremely well. Nothing was damaged in transport however everything is very tightly packed so be careful pulling things out. The instructions were very easy to follow. I would recommend using a power drill on a very low torque setting to put it together if you can otherwise it will take you a very long time. Fortunately, most of the set goes together in the same manner so by the time you are four or five sections in it becomes much faster and easier to put together. All of the holes lined up, and they sent extra of all the fastener types. Once everything was together, the cushions went on easily. They were well upholstered, and the foam was a decent thickness and firmness. The fire pit coffee table worked on the first try. The only drawback I would give the set is things are fairly lightweight so if you bump into them or sit down heavily, you will shift the set around. I purchased this couch and both boxes came damaged and parts that were in the box were damaged as well. I did reach out to Wayfair and they immediately made it right by offering me a discount because of this. I also had some missing screws/bolts and had to go to the hardware store to finish making the couches. It is not the easiest thing to put together, but once you figure it out, it straightforward. The video that’s on. The instructions also helps. It’s a very cute looking couch and surprisingly is very comfortable! I was a little worried when I saw the cushions but it is very comfy. I overall enjoy it as well as the look of it! It is very sturdy. To make the couch bigger I put the other two chairs together with this couch to make it longer, however, I am able to make them either individual chairs or a loveseat. They’d also do come with hooks if that’s the right word to connect the couches underneath so they do not split apart! Love this set. As easy to install as you’d expect. There was some odd assembly bits like the holes on the back of the chairs not aligning to each other in insert the screws but the sides did so they’re still sturdy. Another drawback was there were thousands of tiny black beads inside the hollow parts of the metal and got EVERYWHERE when assembling in my house. UNBOX ASSEMBLE OUTSIDE!!!! Not sure where these came from but assuming they’re factory manufacturing plant. Aside from those drawbacks, I felt this set was still good looking and comfortable enough. These chairs are comfortable, sturdy and swivel and glide easily. They were assembled by a Wayfair tech who had no issues.
