I warred with getting these or the pedestal base, but due to replacing a bathtub with a unique plumbing layout, the feet were the best option if I needed to have my drain assembly facing the room. I love this set! This is so solid and heavy that I'm sure it would hold a lot of weight like a heavy, terry winter bathrobe or nice thick wet bath towel. I actually use it for my hand towel and face cloth next to my sink. My towels have loops so I hang it that way but it works just as well to hang the towel in the hook just like a towel bar. I am hanging a very large face cloth (almost regular hand towel size) in my photo. I bought the whole set amd it really makes my bathroom stylish. Incredibly low priced for this solid quality.
