Nice piece, but it's really more of an institutional item and assumes that you are replacing an existing urinal or have framing in place to accommodate an install. Installing this in a dry-walled garage, for instance, will take some doing including cutting away drywall and add 2x4 supports. I bought this faucet trim for its modern style. It's a little larger than I expected, and it does not come with a shut off valve, as many of them do not. But after calling around I finally found the one that goes with it and everything is working fine. If my budget was larger, I would have chosen an entire shower trim set that was very expensive and more sleek. But this was a middle ground that I found pleasing. I would recommend this product. This couch is a really nice shade of grey. Material is a great texture. Cushions are nice and thick. Legs were a challenge to put on. No predrilled holes. A drill will be much easier. Couch came with a few disappointing things, under material us poorly stalked to the bottom and sloppily. A section was ripped along the wood and a few flaws in the material here and there.. Shauna.
