The chair arrived as scheduled, was easy to assemble. To be fair I've done probably 50 different chairs due to working in Hotels. The chair looks great and is fairly comfortable. There are a few things to note and consider that are not deficiencies. It is a large chair, and heavy duty. Because of this the lowest height is my standard setting, at this height, the arms will not go under my desk which has a drawer...probably 2" too high. It does not have any lumbar adjustment, no problem, just a note and for those wondering how thick the PU leather is, the answer is not very. If you have cats and they are allowed near this chair, di not expect it to remain nice. I had a claw mark the first day and covered it with a blanket...that helps but does not stop it. Lastly, the foot rest is ok, I don't love the style/design but it's functional. Also. How flat does it lay, it is not flat but it is a decent recline that one could nap in. The instructions to attach the armrests and the footrest were missing but it was easy to figure out by looking at the illustrations. Chair seems to be exactly as advertised. I am still discovering everything about this chair. The seat doesn'tsremto go down quite enough. I'll measure the minimum once I learn wherer to measure to. Also the arm rest pads adjust forward and backwards but can not lock in place. I am constantly having them slide forward. A slight nuisance. Comfortable and soft. The faux leather isnt the cold plastic type, its soft and warm. First complaint with this chair is that it doesnt have a tiltrock function. The back operates like the seat in a car,, so its really basic for this price point. Secondly, I am afraid to use the foot rest because its so unstable, and causes the chair to lean forward precariously while using it. It flips up awkwardly, and then tucks back underneath the chair to store away.
