Used this WL550 sealer on a powerwashed 20+ year old patio. This product did a good job reviving some color without the fake looking shine of sealers with glossy finishes. I wouldn't call it a 100% "wet look' when done -- would have preferred a little darker -- but given the age of the patio, the results were pretty good. I used about 2 1/3 gallons to cover 365 sq ft using a pump sprayer. Product had a strong odor, but it dissipated soon after the job. By reducing surface water absorption, cracking, spalling, pitting, mold, mildew, algae, staining, and other damage and deterioration caused by surface water absorption will also be reduced.

This was a breeze to apply. Simply shook the container to mix the contents and then applied with a paint roller. Avoided work during direct sunlight hours. Re-applied until the container was empty. When the first rain came I noticed the water bead up and roll off of the driveway as expected. I will probably do this yearly to maintain the concrete. Best price I could find also.. Earl.
