We are SO happy with this tub! The seating arrangement is perfect, with no “lounger” to limit options. Setup was a breeze for our electrician- he was very pleased with the accessibility of the electrical components. The jets are amazing, the cover fits nice and snug, and everything works exactly as we had hoped. The tub arrived in perfect condition, the shippers were pleasant, and it arrived right on schedule. Overall, it’s been an absolutely perfect experience, and my only regret is being unable to give it six stars. Update Almost 2 12 years in, we still love this tub! Nice look, have only used it a week but have not had any stains, etc. Easy to clean and matching drains look nice. Update - have had it for 4 years now so downgraded to 4 stars from 5. Like the sink,works well,looks good. Only compaint is that over time the center divider can get very small chips/wear. Installation is CONFUSING (lots of stupid little diagrams rather than words). Once you get past that, it works well and looks nice. As others have mentioned, the volume controls for each function do not do very much. You can barely tell the difference between fully turned on and fully turned down. A yes to this sink! Worth the price. My designer said it was "the best" and perfect for my modern, elevated kitchen. Get the workstation one. I literally leave the cutting board on.
