Our contractor opened the box and found that the sink had a crack running the length of the sink. We contacted the manufacturer through the Wayfair website. We heard back from the manufacturer within 24 hours and they told us that they would replace the sink. However, there is no way that one can separate the sink from the countertop. We called a Wayfair representative and within 24 hours Wayfair had reordered our item to replace the broken one. It arrived today and looks beautiful. I would rank the vanity 5 stars out of 5 stars and thank Wayfair for such prompt resolution of the problem; however, I ranked it 4 stars out of 5 because of the inconvenience of receiving the broken item. There should be quality control in regards to checking an item before packaging it. There was no evidence on the package that something was damaged in transit. We have ordered a lot of items from Wayfair and this was the first time we had a problem. We would definitely order from Wayfair again, especially with their customer support team!. Emily. Really sturdy shower base. I would buy again. I thought the pressure-fit drain would be handy, but my plumber refused to use it because he said they can cause problems. So that wasn't much of a value. But overall a great product. Just make sure to specify where you want the drain. When they asked, I said it didn't really matter, because I was plumbing a new drain to it. But I said, "Well, just put it in the center." But maybe because I hadn't specified that on the order, they sent the drain in the rear center, as shown. And it barely worked, because there was a joist super close! [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have an antique "Pedestal Base" cast Iron tub with a ceiling mounted curtain surround. The Locarno 36" Wallbar allows me to mount a hand held shower head which is typically found on this vintage tub. The Wallbar has a sliding cradle which supports the shower head at any height desired by the bather. The cradle locks at the chosen height by a quarter turn of a simple lever. The Wallbar comes with a 63" chromed flexible hose which connects to the tub diverter faucet valve at one end and to your favorite shower head on the other end. The shower head connection fitting on the hose is tapered and just drops easily into the sliding cradle. The Wallbar installation is straight forward. A drilling template is included for convenience and installation instructions are included, although they are fairly simple with little amplifying information, such as drill bit sizes etc. Locarno recommends a qualified plumber do the installation, but any "Handy" person with common household tools should be able to install it. Locarno also cautions that the Wallbar not be used as a hand hold as it is only secured to the wall by two (2) wood screws.
