I just finished building my cart. Many reviews mentioned how bad the assembly instructions are; they’re right! But… after realizing the importance of attaching the shorter side pieces to the shelves before the longer ones, the process was much easier. The little white “plug” pieces only work if the bottoms are tight, not even a bit spread apart. I had only one set of holes that did not line up properly so I plan to drill them out. The tools included are not fancy but they get the job done. The wheels do not have any locking mechanism. So 4 stars for the ridiculous instructions and I misaligned hole situation.. Bonnie. CT. It was a little tricky to put together but with determination I was able to get it done. The oddest thing was that one of the holes that was supposed to get a dowel already had one broken off in it, another hole was too big so I wrapped the dowel with a little bit of duct tape. The quality is as it should be for the price point. The reason for a 4-star rating is I have not really started using it but it appears it is going to serve the purpose for which I intended…more counter space, room for my granddaughters to join me in craft-making, and not overly big..
