The Thomas Keller 4 qt Saucepan is a wonderfully designed pan with substantial heft. Its not too heavy nor too light and is wide enough to accomplish most tasks. Clean up is simple, and any stuck on food can be removed either by soaking it in warm soapy water or by making a paste with Barkeepers Friend. Extremely durable it definitely has some weight to it which surprised me. When it was heavy, I knew it was going to be durable and thats exactly what it was. This mount is able to twist and turn and fold in every imaginable an angle, even if you dont mount the TV 100 level, you can turn and tilt the TV to the exact level that you need. even if you did not mount the TV perfectly level, this full motion mount was able to angle in any direction for the perfect view..
