This is the best!!! I’ve never felt so confidently clean leaving the restroom. The remote is easy to use once you learn the symbols and it adjusts the heat of the seat, heat of the water and the distance that the cleaning and drying wands come out to get a personalized experience. Plus you can adjust the water stream to go full pressure or go a little easier, depending on your needs. The dryer works well and I love the little odorizer that seems to work really well too. We got a longer seat and a shorter seat version (both sold here). The longer seat is about the size of a regular toilet seat and the regular seat size feels more like a kids sized seat, so I recommend the longer seat regardless of the size of your toilet bowl.. We did have a smaller window a/c unit that was just ok, but this one is a game-changer! It has a/c AND heat! Year-round comfort! It’s powerful enough to cool our entire garage (and we live in the South-so it definitely has its work cut out for it). The heater doesn’t exactly heat the whole room when it’s super cold out, but it definitely takes the chill out of the air and warms it sufficiently to make it possible to use the room in winter. We love it! The remote is handy and the timer feature is awesome. It is well-made and the as easy to install. We had to order a sleeve to slide it into, but it was very simple. Smaller than I wanted it will not hold the towels side by side. If your plug is behind the rack there is not enough room for the towels to hang and its a fight to get them on the rack. Also the rack does not heat as well the only area that heats is where the towel is laying across the bar not just touching it. This is a terrific little system! I am a tea drinker and my husband let it slip that the UK has hot water on demand in many places... I asked if we could and lo and behold! Installation was easy*, although we didn't use the supplied filter as we have it going through a filter system already. The temperature isn't exact, so we did have to mess with the dial a little. It doesn't take up room underneath the cabinet either. *There's a crimp piece required. The metal one didn't fit properly, and they provided a plastic one also which worked, but barely.. Why didn’t I do this sooner Love this bidet seat. That being said, I was able to install an electric outlet myself, but for our newer built home the plumbing was an issue.
