Absolutely terrible support! Fully charged battery lasts less than 5 minutes on first day of use. Used voltmeter after fully charging to verify battery was failed. Contacted support for replacement battery. I have been going back and forth with them for over 2 months. They finally agreed to send a new battery. I STILL have not received the replacement battery despite multiple follow ups on status. I purchased and installed my own battery and runs great.
