These are great! Beautifully made, thick and tops secure well. They are stackable in your kitchen cabinet. They are small though. Even the largest fits a little over a pound of meat, per se. If you have a larger family with larger leftovers, you may need to buy extra pieces as well. Which is pretty standard with any form of Tupperware anyway. For correct assembly, the gasket tab must be positioned opposite the stainless steel clamp. Canning - the pressure inside the jar increases in comparison to the external pressure during the heating.
