I've been very impressed with this cookware set so far! The first thing I noticed was how lightweight the pieces are compared to many cookware sets I've used in the past. They're easy to handle, even when full. The heating performance has been excellent. I recently made a pot of rice in the stock pot, and it cooked evenly with no scorching or hot spots. Everything I've cooked so far has heated consistently across the cooking surface. The nonstick ceramic coating works great, and cleanup is incredibly easy. After cooking, most residue wipes right off with minimal effort. I also like the attractive design and comfortable wood-like handles. The set is beautiful! Beautiful Crucible knob is an easy way to elevate any piece. I have it here replacing a signature gold tone stainless steel knob on my deep teal Dutch oven. The knob feels substantial and makes it easier to grip the lid. I have attached photos comparing the before-after.
