(The only reason for a 4-star rating is due to the plastic hose and handwand. All other aspects are a strong 5-star!) The handheld shower unit came with a plastic hose, which I immediately replaced. I am sure the plastic one would have worked well, but the metal replacement looks much better and will last longer. Update on previous review: We have enjoyed this shower system for 3 months and it has been amazing! The water pressure and flow is excellent - much better than expected. The upper head has 2 settings: rain and typical spray. The rain setting is very soothing and soft. The typical spray setting provides a lot of water at great pressure. As noted above I replaced the plastic hose with stainless steel hose. That has worked well. In addition, I actually replaced the hand wand with a Moen unit and prefer it over the one that came standard. (The Moen unit has additional spray settings that the standard unit lacked) The controls on the system are excellent, allowing temperature control on one stalk and water distribution on the other. I really like the ability to set temperature independent of the "on/off" valve. I also love the surface mounted aspect of the system. Not only is it attactive, but this design will make servicing it much easier should an issue arise. Our plumbers commented on the quality of the unit and how easy it was to install. I've been very impressed with this cookware set so far! The first thing I noticed was how lightweight the pieces are compared to many cookware sets I've used in the past. They're easy to handle, even when full. The heating performance has been excellent. I recently made a pot of rice in the stock pot, and it cooked evenly with no scorching or hot spots. Everything I've cooked so far has heated consistently across the cooking surface. The nonstick ceramic coating works great, and cleanup is incredibly easy. After cooking, most residue wipes right off with minimal effort. I also like the attractive design and comfortable wood-like handles. The set is beautiful!
