Bread pudding, banana bread and brownies for the family and keto versions of these treats for myself. Everything bakes beautifully in this and releases very easily. This a beautiful faucet, sleek and tidy. It was fairly easy to install. The water flow is strong and the handle movement is smooth and solid. I liked that it included the drain assembly as not all of the faucets I looked at did. It arrived quickly after ordering.
