Pleased with the construction, and easy to assemble. My issue is this piece has to be placed against a wall. The USBpower outlet is not a great feature, for it replaces a regular back support piece with 2 metal beams. Along w back cushions have 0 support either. (collapse under the weight of a soup can) Seat cushion support is perfect and sturdy. Dont understand why the back cushions are not the same filler. has to be shipping costs,(back cushion fillers are folded in half and vacuum sealed flat in bags till flat). I called shippingstorage warehouse, (recommended by Wayfair customer service) to ask for manufacturers contact info to ask if I could buy another regular back support section to replace metal beams.
