You can adjust the temperature of the food with the 3 burners. There is a small drip container that hangs underneath the grill to catch drippings as when you grill your food. The addition of 2 side wheels makes transporting this grill a less of a task. However, I wish it had a handle bar to make moving the grill more easy. This grill did not come preassembled. There were so many parts and pieces til it took my husband several hours to assemble. This is a gas grill and you will need to get a small propane tank to operate it. Nice piece, but it's really more of an institutional item and assumes that you are replacing an existing urinal or have framing in place to accommodate an install. Installing this in a dry-walled garage, for instance, will take some doing including cutting away drywall and add 2x4 supports.
