It arrived packed very well to prevent damage in transit. The size I ordered is large so glass wasn't an option (wish it was) but the plexiglass came with a covering on each side to keep it safe. The frame itself is very lightweight. You have to install the mounting hardware (easy) but I wish it came with enough to let the frame hang either way instead of only have 1 option. These are nice frames I plan to use for crafting. I remove the plastic covering, fill the picture space with Venetian plaster and press found objects and memorabilia into the plaster as it is curing. These reviews must either be generated by bots, or I'm an extremely unlucky customer. I didn't even receive the frames shown in the photo description of this product. What I received were two extremely flimsy frames that at best, are worth about $20 each. The items look nothing like the photo on the Wayfair site. I have been trying to get this resolved through the company but no luck so far. This will be my last Wayfair purchase even if they do make it right because I think buying something sight unseen and trusting that you will get what was advertised is wishful thinking. I'd like to see it and touch it before I purchase it. I'm returning to the old way of shopping because this experience has made me feel unappreciated and lied to. **Update 11/26: I received an email from Wayfair where they are basically gaslighting me and saying that I did receive the correct item. Look at the photo again and look at the style differences between the two frames. These are NOT the same.
