Have it up for the second season. Good quality but should be made stronger where poles are attached. Had to put gorilla tape over the tares. update - this past summer it tore so much it has to be replaced. Someone should design these with stronger fabric. Update july 2024. It appears to be more durable than other types of tarps; even so, the weather in my city is very changeable, so time will tell if it truly holds up better than other tarp materials. I bought THIS tarp to put on my 40x40 100yo barn and bought a bigger tarp with a higher Mil to put over this one.
