This allows bucket filling but leaves a lot of the water behind that often becomes stagnant and hazardous. Barrels with optimally located spigots don't allow room for buckets and leave hoses as the only draining option. Sunguard UV protectant spray helps extend the life of garden & outdoor decor. The superior UV inhibitors protect against color fading, peeling, and cracking. When dried it has a clear finish, unlike polyurethane products, which will leave a sticky yellowish residue.
