I had the R10000-UNBXHF valve body (in conjuction with the T17038-SS Lahara 17 series valve trim) installed 16 months ago and the shower head is now dripping when the valve is turned fully in the off position. Ordered this in a black finish. Arrived as promised. I also ordered a seat since one was not included. I was not aware that a wax ring and mounting bolts were also not included. The TOTO Unifit 10 Inch Rough-In Outlet Adapter Trapway for Select Toilets allows compatible toilets to be converted from the standard 12-inch to a 10-inch rough-in.
