The feeder also comes with a 12" hanging wire to hang it from a porch ceiling, a tree branch, or a shepherd hook (not included). There is also a small drainage hole at the bottom to keep the birdseed dry and fresh. Remember to bring this feeder indoors during harsh weather conditions to better ensure longevity. The bird feeder can hold approximately 2 cups of bird seed.
