Amazing...I grappled with buying these columns for 2 years, because of the non-refundable policy, so I had to be sure. I have a small porch so I knew I couldnt get the columns to wide or the proportions would look odd. So I used makeshift cardboard and the like to determine what to buy...I made the best decision with the 5.63 width columns they look amazing. My contractor bought 5 wood post from our local big box store and used brackets to install them on the porch. He used his nail gun to fasten each wrap to the wood post, he said it was rather simple to install. Next he caulked all the small nail gun holes and painted ( per instructions for winter protection) looks amazing. This Delta Shower column is great! Very sturdy and well made. The flexible hose is very nice and stretches very far. The adjustable handheld holder and diverter are plastic, but feel robust and solid. I used with existing Delta shower head and Hansgrohe Handheld. You will need to be very handy if you are going to install by yourself. Install requires to drill four holes into the back. With title, that can hard if you don’t have right tools and experience. It only took me half of an hour to put them on and the outcome is great. The covers have a Velcro like edge so no messy glue is needed.
