I've been very impressed with this cookware set so far! The first thing I noticed was how lightweight the pieces are compared to many cookware sets I've used in the past. They're easy to handle, even when full. The heating performance has been excellent. I recently made a pot of rice in the stock pot, and it cooked evenly with no scorching or hot spots. Everything I've cooked so far has heated consistently across the cooking surface. The nonstick ceramic coating works great, and cleanup is incredibly easy. After cooking, most residue wipes right off with minimal effort. I also like the attractive design and comfortable wood-like handles. The set is beautiful! If you want a hard pounding showerhead, this is not for you. Although you can get that too with the hand held sprayer that can slide up and down the post or come off for hand use. We really like our new fry pan. It is the nicest non-stick fry pan we have ever owned. We can cook long pieces of bacon along with eggs and potatoes at the same time.
