Came as advertised, had a small issue but the manufacturer was able to resolve. The couch is a bit firm but I'm sure over time it'll even out. Installing this in a dry-walled garage, for instance, will take some doing including cutting away drywall and add 2x4 supports. The box border seat cushions and welted inside back cushions are all loose and reversible allowing you to rotate them to prolong the life of the cores as well as the life of the fabric. The chaise seat cushion will not rotate due to the mini t-cushion. ****Due to lighting and monitor differences, actual colors and finishes may vary slightly from what appears online****
