This is a nice faucet and has the look we were going for in this bathroom. I removed a star because my clients complained that there was a loud squeak when turning one of the levers. It was easily fixed but required taking it apart to lubricate and it's strange to have to do that with a new item. Otherwise, it's a nicely made product that feels good to use and I would recommend.. This faucet is lovely in person and heavy duty. The reason for 4 vs 5 stars is the finish isn't quite as rich in person as it is online. I returned another brand for the same reason. I'm keeping this one but not quite what is portrayed. Online shades are difficult in general. However, as someone who purchases lots of faucets for clients, I am seeing more often the color is being enhanced for the online photo making it difficult to match finishes. This is exactly what I had been looking for & could not find in retail stores or other online companies. It's a very attractive faucet, with a very smooth action of the handle, & the brushed brass finish does not show water spots like the shiny finish. Just be sure to measure the clearance if you have a cabinet door above your sink. This is a tall faucet, so be sure that the door has enough clearance to open above the top of the faucet. I measured ahead of time, & my cabinet door clears the faucet by only 1/4 ". I am disappointed. This high end fixture comes with a cheap, flimsy plastic Lift Rod and Finial - the part that is used to engage and disengage the stopper. It broke in two upon the first use. Now I must see how Wayfair/Delta addresses this issue. Wayfair came through. They are shipping an entirely new faucet to do with as I please.
