This half sheet pan was larger than I expected. It’s not as heavy as I thought it would be, it’s pretty light. It does suggest you hand wash this pan which isn’t a problem for me but may be for some. I baked some frozen biscuits, using parchment paper and they came out perfectly. The pan didn’t warp in the oven, which I was concerned about because of how light the pan is. I have a feeling these baking pans are going to change my life. When I make cookies I just make a double batch because they don’t last long. As a result it takes longer to cook them on regular sheets at ten minute per pan. But it will be so nice to get them cooked sooner and less to wash too. These appesr to be quality baking trays. Looks like what a professional baker or cook would use. They are heavy duty and quite large. As you can see in one of my photos it takes up the entire area in the oven. I havent started any baking but thiese trays will definitely come in handy at our family gatherings.
