The color, material and size are nice, but the advertising is misleading. It says "memory foam" which, we assumed after buying many other memory foam products, that the foam was one solid block--its not. It's actually egg carton foam, which is usually flimsy and unsupportive. We got an 8 inch, it took around 3 days to completely inflate and it's lumpy. After inflating, when laying on it it is sooo comfortable!! We were pleasantly surprised because of the lumpyness and foam style we thought it would be uncomfortable but we were wrong. Item returned. Description did not describe adequately that the filling was not foam but instead compressed filling material. Upon arrival in a 2x2 square box weighing about 50 lbs.. upon unpacking the mattress which then needed to be difficultly decompressed. Even after significant work by 2 people the material could not be fully released. The result was a lumpy mattress none the less being uncomfortable to relax on. Returning the product was also quite difficult given the expanded size and product weight. I have been satisfied in past by many Wayfair products purchased (see order history/total dollars spent). I always recommended Wayfair to family and friends. Now I will hesitate to do so and caution on future purchases. Given above my experience with the customer service return was 5 stars.. Jeffrey. This is a great (6") futon mattress. The color was different than I thought it would be, but it is fine. The White stitching seems like an odd choice. I put a cover on it anyway.
