We did have some issues with shipment delays and a few missing screws, some because of the weather in the past few weeks. This is such a great bed! My daughter is obsessed with pink as you can tell from the pictures. It is such a fun bed for her! The lights are great and color changing. It seems to be built really nice also. Instructions were great which was so nice! The only things that I would change about this bed are putting a couple extra wheels on the trundle part to make it a little easier to put in and out and having the ability to put the headboard on the left or right end of the bed would be nice but these are not dealbreakers.. This bed is a completely defective design - the slide in trundle can't slide in all the way because of the design, so it is too wide for a twin mattress and looks ridiculous. I have double checked that it is indeed assembled properly and per the design. I'm going to have to take it apart and make some kind of carpentry change to make this work... Very annoying.. Susie.
