The stove was delivered without a power cord on January 29, which the item description says is included. Immediately after receiving delivery and noticing the missing part, I called the 800-232-2174 number provided. A power cord was promised to me within 2-3 days. Thirteen (13) days later, after two calls from wayfair requesting I cancel the part order because one is already in the mail, I received a three (3) prong power cord.
