Arrived damaged on one corner and a small dent thru the veneer on the table top. Wayfair said the manufacturer would reach out in two business days but its so heavy I dont want to handle a return. I think Ill put a coat of lacquer on it to keep my kids from scratching it. For the price this is an excellent solid table. Fits great in my small space and two wider chairs still fit side by side on the length. (Note It depends on the type of chairs you pair with the table. The bulkier they are the less likely you can fit more than 4.)You can sit at the end of the table which was a concern as a lot double pedestal designs don’t leave enough space. (image attached of our chair at the end). The legs of the table arrived slightly damaged but we are not sure if it was during wayfair’s assembly or from the manufacturer. Its a nice piece of furniture, but be careful of the color. When I saw vintage white , I knew that it would be rustic and not pure white, but this is well beyond that. Its creamy on the yellow side. Ive been in the paint business for 40 years and it is stretching it to even call it an off-white. See the attached picture. I ended up dry brushing some white over it so that it better matched my existing furniture. You can see the before and after. Once again, happy with the furniture, just factor in the color.. Darren.
