I wanted a non-stick griddle that would be good for eggs or pancakes. I know these types of teflon non-stick pans are being fazed out for ceramic non-stick. Used the first time this AM - major non stick and if it holds up will be the best skillet ever. Can’t tell till I have used it for a few months- mainly using it for eggs and other foods that typically stick in a standard skillet.
