Had all kinds of issues with this couch. It was delivered late in separate deliveries. Once it finally all arrived the instruction manual was for a completely different couch build than the one I ordered. After configuring the modules the way they were shown in the picture I was advertised, I was delighted to discover one of the E modules on the ends does not have compatible connecting pieces to the center A module! I tried everything I could, replacing the hardware and switching the. pieces, but nothing worked. The couch is comfortable. The color is pretty spot on to the pictures. The material is nice and soft. The assembly took us about 2 12 hours. We thought we would be able change the layout of the couch like the longer side being on he left hand side instead of the right but the couch doesn’t allow that if anyone was wondering if that was a possibility. Also if anyone was wondering, it came in 3 separate boxes that were quite heavy and did take some work to move but it was worth it. Overall I love the couch and am happy with the purchase.. If you need a sofa with good soft touch sense, try this sofa! The fabric is plush like imitation wool which is very soft and comfortable. The back cushions all are removable and washable. The solid wood frame is durable, and the spring seat cushion is elastic and also soft. And the sectional modular sofa is a pull out sofa bed. It is not only easy to assemble, but also can be enlarged by adding more module according to demand.

Positively IN LOVE with these sofas! Firm enough for me, soft enough for my husband. I’ve sat on countless sofas at furniture stores and immediately popped up with a “Nope!” So naturally I was nervous at 2k a pop, no cancels or returns and a front door that wasn’t quite 36” wide as needed per the delivery specs. They had the look I wanted which no local store seemed to carry, totally washable which is a must with large dogs so I took a chance- and oh am I glad I did. They took a few weeks to arrive but came earlier than expected. Delivery was easy- the guys were fantastic. I haven’t tried the sleepers- they’ll serve their need eventually.
