The bed is beautiful and really high quality but it is gigantic in our room. If we had a bigger room, it would be perfect. (Our room is about 11’6” x 13’0”). Love the color, the quality. We bought a low profile box spring. I would not recommend getting a traditional box spring if you have a tall mattress! Very easy to put to together. It is a very sturdy bedframe for the price. The “espresso” color is fairly accurate in person vs what you see online in the pictures. The only reason we give this bedframe 4 stars is because one of the posts came damaged as seen in the second picture. Additionally, instructions were pretty straightforward. There was one moment where it isn’t straightforward, as it doesn’t mention there is not a pre drilled hole for a screw for the middle portion of the frame. The bed frame has been pretty sturdy since we put it together, and had no issues putting our premium king sized mattress on it.
